All amounts including shipping/handling
are quoted in US dollars.
Any duties and/or taxes
due at customs are the full

Shipping
Shipping and
handling is included in the price,
with a few exceptions.
Shipping is free to Australia, Asia, New Zealand,
most of Western Europe, and North America.
Shipping to Italy, Germany,
Netherlands will incur cost an
additional (but, minimal) shipping
cost. The following destinations will be charged
additional fees at checkout: Africa, South and Central America, Russia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
There may be exceptions to these
rules and they may change at any
time.
Please allow 3-10 days for
order processing - fraud
prevention, inventory
verification and packaging. (Note:
Shipping does not include
order-processing time.)
Items are shipped from our
warehouse in Asia.
If an item is NOT in stock,
we will notify you by e-mail,
and ask how you would like to
proceed.

Packages are shipped via
EMS, TNT, Skyware, DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS (5-7
days depending on location)
unless otherwise requested, as

We are able to ship to a physical address only. Packages are delivered by courier and must be signed for upon delivery. Please provide an address where an adult will be available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to receive the package.
At any time, we reserve the
right to ship in the method of
our choice, choosing a method
which is most effective and/or

All related import taxes and
duties are the responsibility of

items held up in customs for

Returns - Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for obviously
incorrect products sent.
Please note that reasons such as
different colors are not considered
an 'incorrect product' as colors are
subject to individual products,
camera images and computer monitor
differences. We do our best to
describe the items as fully as
possible. An obvious color
difference would be if you ordered
an orange bag and received a black
bag - this is obviously an incorrect
product sent, and is eligible for an
exchange.
These steps must be followed
for an exchange:
- Notify us
within 3 days of receipt.

To expedite processing, please include the following
information:
A digital photo of the item must be sent to us
for evaluation, your full name and the
date the order was placed
and received, the product(s)
to be exchanged, the reason for the
return of the products.

After the evaluation is done and
accepted, we will provide you with a
return address (in Asia).

The item must be shipped via
International mail with tracking and
insurance - for your protection. We
will provide you with a rebate for
the return shipping costs.

Once received, we will verify the
incorrect product sent and prepare
the new, correct item to be shipped.

provided to you, and your return
shipping rebate will be given.
